We deliver the property in perfect conditions of cleanliness and operation. We want to recover the property at the end of your stay in the same state. To ensure this, together with your rental contract you can hire an intermediate cleaning service.
Weekly or bi-monthly cleaning service
You can choose between a weekly cleaning service (2 hours of cleaning) for 150€ per month, bi-monthly (3 hours of cleaning) for 110€ per month. This way we ensure that the accommodation is kept in perfect conditions and you can reduce the deposit and the amount of the final cleaning.
Cleaning at the end of your stay
At the end of your stay we do a general cleaning to have the house ready for the next guests. You can see the costs when you make an inquiry for a specific house.
