We are not an anonymous website, but a dedicated and competent team with many years of experience in the real estate industry. 
Karin Joanidopoulos (Manager)
It was during my university studies that I exchanged gray Germany for warm and sunny Spain. In the early 90's I moved to Madrid, where I finished my degree in Business Administration at the Complutense University.

I got to know Andalusia and the charming region of Conil and Caños de Meca on a trip to Andalusia in 1995. And fell in love at first sight.

A few years later I founded the vacation home agency Casa Andaluza in Munich, which allowed me to live permanently on the Costa de la Luz. Since 2001, Casa Andaluza has its business headquarters in Conil, while I chose Zahora as my place of residence. There my 3 children grew up free and happy under the Andalusian sun and the pure air of the Atlantic.

In the meantime, 2 decades have passed, my children have gone their own ways and I have managed Casa Andaluza through economic crises and pandemics, with some ups and downs. I continue to dedicate myself with great dedication and motivation to my tasks as general manager, so that CASA ANDALUZA and our newest product OLAS DEL SOL will continue to provide exceptional service for many years to come.
  
Sara Cabeza Valdes (Sales Manager, guest relations)
Born and raised in Germany of Andalusian parents, I came to Chiclana in 2010, where I worked in reception and other areas in several luxury hotels for more than 10 years.

Working in a vacation home agency has been my dream for a long time. In the first weeks at Casa Andaluza / Olas del Sol I was overwhelmed by the complexity of this business and how such a large number of properties and individual owners could be managed by a small team.

Now that I am familiar with the organization and operation of the agency, I love my job, as it involves a variety of tasks and challenges and gives me the opportunity to actively participate in making improvements.

My main concern is that all our guests are completely satisfied with their accommodation and our service and are happy to return.

As a native "Gaditano", I left my homeland more than 20 years ago to study and work in different countries, many years in Germany, but also in England.
During the last ten years I have worked as service manager for hotels and luxury villas in Ibiza and other places in Spain. After a forced break from Covid, I joined Olas del Sol / Casa Andaluza as Head of Service in February 2022. My main area of responsibility is the service around the vacation home as well as supporting the owner clients. But of course, I am also there for our long-term tenants and vacation guests and their needs during the daily office hours.

During my previous employment in Ibiza, I lived separately from my family living in Chiclana. Therefore, I am very happy to have found an interesting and varied job close to my home. My job also offers many challenges as well as freedom to develop ideas and concepts. As I also work in reservation management, I now also know "the other side" of the vacation home business.

My main goal at Olas del Sol / Casa Andaluza is to optimize the service management to achieve 4 - 5 stars for house service at reasonable costs in all our accommodations.
