Calle Alta 17 combines the unique, antique charm of a traditional Andalusian townhouse with modern comforts. The beautifully tiled floors and wooden beam ceilings create an authentic atmosphere. The property also features a private space on the roof terrace, perfect for basking in the Andalusian sun while enjoying stunning views of Conil and the sea.

Interior
The apartment includes:
  • A modern, well-equipped kitchen for convenient meal preparation.
  • Two connected living spaces:
    • A lounge-diner (without windows), ideal for gatherings and to watch TV (smart).
    • A sitting room with a window overlooking the street, providing natural light and a cozy ambiance.
  • Two bedrooms:
    • A double bedroom with a window.
    • A twin bedroom (connected to the double room) without a window.
  • A compact bathroom with a shower.
Exterior
The shared roof terrace, reached over an exterior staircase next to the entrance door is furnished with a Moroccan-style iron table and chairs. From here, you can take in the charming views of Conil's historic old town, the beach, and the Atlantic Ocean. The terrace is used also by the neighbors to dry laundry.

Location
Situated in the heart of Conil's old town, Calle Alta is a quiet, narrow street with minimal traffic, near the historic town gate *Puerta de la Villa*. Everything you need is within easy reach:
  • A small supermarket, shops, and restaurants are just steps away.
  • The beach is a leisurely 5-minute walk from the house.

Heating and Cooling
Thanks to the traditional construction of the house, the apartment stays naturally cool during the summer months, offering a comfortable retreat from the heat. There are air condition units (cold/warm) in all rooms.

The apartment is on the 1st floor. The access to the apartment is through a staircase in the shared patio.

enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.

Parking:

It is difficult to find parking in the center of Conil. We recommend to use one of the public parkings at the beach / river.

Wohnung ist geräumig, super Lage. Warmwasser funktioniert nicht gut, Utensilien in der Küche fehlen (Pfannenwender) oder sind unbrauchbar (Töpfe), nachts sehr laut da schlechte Isolierung der Fenster

Fantástico alojamiento en pleno centro de Conil. Cerca de bares, playa y tiendas. La casa ganaría mucho si la terraza se pudiera utilizar. Sólo está para las impresionantes vistas. Muy recomendable.

Plus: Gute Lage, geräumig, Klimaanlage - Minus: Laute Nächte, dafür verantwortlich auch die Wohnung drunter, die Betten könnten ebenfalls leiser sein. Aber insgesamt überwiegt das Plus deutlich!

Für uns mit einer Nacht eine Ausweichmöglichkeit, weil die Calle Extramuros schon wieder belegt war. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und sehr schön gemacht, nachts war es aber laut, was aber im Sommer völlig ok ist. Auf der Dachterasse gibt es keinen Sonnenschutz, also: oben viel zu sonnig, unten in der Wohnung viel zu dunkel, schade, denn die alten Türen, Decken, Machart von Küche und Essplatz usw. sind wirklich toll!
