The location
The situation next to the old town of Conil, in the Fishermens Quarter (Barrio de los Pescadores) allows you to participate in the daily Andalusian life. The almost car free street is quite calm.
The beach is only a 5 minutes#39; walk, whilst restaurants, boutiques and charming small groceries for daily use are located in the immediate vicinity.

Inside
The apartment has been recently renovated and equipped to a high standard: mattresses, electrical devices and other inventory is best quality.
The duplex apartment is on second floor with an attic room connecting to a roof terrace. On second floor is a small living room with sofa and 2 easy chairs (extendable). The living area is open to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Both rooms have large bay windows looking south-west and adjustable shutters.
On the same level is another double bedroom and cabin-like sleeping area with double bed next to the staircase. In a utility cabinet you find a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
On the top floor is a kitchen with living area. Large glass doors lead to the roof terrace, furnished with a wooden cushioned bench, chairs, and table.
Drinking water and ozone
In the kitchen is an extra tab connected to a reverse osmosis filter system, providing high quality drinking water. It is also connected to an ice-cube machine in the freezer.
The ensuite-bathroom has a tap producing ozone, which can be used for cleaning and desinfection.
High speed internet
with optic fiber enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.
Cooling and heating:
There is air condition in the living room and in the attic room which can be used for heating and cooling. There are also low consumption heating devices in the bedrooms.
Parking in the old town:
This neighborhood is a non-parking area.You can rent a private parking in a communal garage at 5 min. walk from the property. Rates: 10€ per day from 1.10.-31.5., 15€ per day in June and September, 20€ per day in July and August.
There are several open air public parking places in and around Conil. In summer they charge between 3-5 € per day.
