The apartment occupies the upper floor of a 2-storey building. It consists of a living room with wood burning stove and access to the roof terrace; dining room with TV, bedroom with double bed (140x190cm); office-lounge with sofa-bed, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The rooms are full of light, decorated in different colours and furnished with a good eye for detail, mainly with natural wood furniture. In the cold season, the wood burning stove and electric radiators provide good comfort in the colder season.
Outside:
The 50sqm roof terrace (shared with the downstairs neighbors, who are seldom using it) offers 180º sea view and stunning panoramic views over the town and the beach, from Cape Roche to Cape Trafalgar and the African Coast.
Situation:
The apartment Sardinas is in the proximities of the old center of Conil, but at the same time away from the touristic hustle and bustle. There are hardly cars in the narrow streets and alleys of the pintoresque #39;Barrio de Pescadores#39; (Fishermens Quarter) with its unique Andalusian flair. At the same time, the beach is only a few minutes walk away, there is a grocery opposite and many restaurants and shops are a 5 to 10 minutes walk away.
