Las Higueras is a charming and comfortable villa with pool and large garden next to the pine woods of Roche.
Inside:
The rooms of Las Higueras are quite generous for Spanish standards, and the German owners have recently refurbished part of the villa. Large living room with corner sofa and dining area for 6 persons, flat screen TV and wood burning stove. A pass-through connects to the kitchen and a conservatory to the garden. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, electric oven and good storage space. 3 double bedrooms, 2 on ground level, the third on 1st floor, each with double bed and inbuilt wardrobe, one of them with balcony and TV. 2 spacious bathrooms, both with bathtub, one on ground floor, the other on 1st floor.
High speed internet
enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.
Cooling / Heating:
There is air condition and ceiling fans in the living room as well as mobile electric heaters. In winter you can heat the main house with a wood burning stove.
Outside:
The estate is completely fenced in by a wall, providing complete privacy for the holiday guests. The swimming pool (9 x 4,5m with diving board) is exposed to the sun with pleasant swimming temperatures from may till October. For outdoors meals and barbecues, there is a lovely rustic terrace with pergola and a brick made barbecue. There are 6 sunbeds and there are tables and chairs to be put wherever it suits you.

Location:
The holiday villa is ion the end of a dead end track, in the rural area of Roche Viejo region, a few kilometers away from the charming fishing town Conil de la Frontera. Las Higueras is next to the scented pine woods of Roche and approx. 1.5 km away from the beautiful sandy cove Cala del Aceite. The closest restaurant is Venta Cabo Roche, serving traditional Andalusian cooking. The lively town Conil is 4.5 km away. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy privacy and tranquility away from the summer hustle and bustle of the coast.
Long-term rental in winter:
from November - March there is a monthly rate for long-term winter rentals.
