Most of our accommodations are holiday homes that were previously vacant during the winter semester. Many of them we also manage for the summer season for short stays of several days to several weeks, under the brand name Casa Andaluza.
For the winter season we apply certain criteria to the accommodations that are not met by many holiday homes in Andalusia: good thermal insulation, good heating equipment, sunny location. Humidity is a factor to consider on the Atlantic coast during the months with less sun.
Most of our properties are offered for long stays between November and March. There are also a few homes with slightly higher rates, but still quite attractive for spring and fall.
The maximum stay is 8 months, from October to May. No monthly rates are offered during the summer months.
